Following complaints about the high rate of attacks on
women in secluded car parks, especially during evening hours, Salisbury City Council has established a “Women Only” car park in
the heart of the Town Centre.
Even the car park attendants are female so that a comfortable environment is created for patrons.
The car park has a surveillance camera for further security measures – see snapshot on next page that was taken earlier in the month.
