Keith Ham Memorial Trophy, by Margaret Coles

In spite of Foot and Mouth, eight local skittle teams entered the competition on Monday 23rd April - three ladies teams and five men’s. Only the Toby Tumblers were unable to be there. The venue this year was the Social Club.

All participants thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Ray Vanstone thanked everyone for taking part and reminded us that it is 10 years since this trophy first started. He also noted that Marty Jenkins is sadly missed this year. Alan Balsdon was also thanked for preparing the food. Malcolm Ham awarded the Cup to the winning team.

The Draw raised £64, which will be divided between Sutcombe Cemetery and the Bradworthy Toddler’s Group.
