There was no speaker for the January meeting. Members brought food for a pooled super and spent the evening playing games and discussing future events. A competition for the prettiest Christmas card was won equally by the two Mrs M. Wooldridges.
The Parish Church was filled for the united Christmas Service with nativity scenes. There were readings and special musical items by members of the Church and the school children, also singing by the choir. There were mince pies and refreshments afterwards in the Church.
