We were very disappointed to receive an anonymous letter from a person or person's complaining that the relay system was not working in the adjacent Sunday School Room, therefore those people in that room heard nothing and were in complete silence.
The writer saw fit to put the blame on ourselves, but I wish to make it quite clear that the equipment is the responsibility of the Church itself, and in any case how were we to know having only arrived minutes before the service.
Why on earth didn't the writer or someone else point out the fact to a member of the Church, then possible it could have been rectified and at least part of the service heard.
May I on behalf of the Church and ourselves apologise for the unfortunate incident.
