A capacity audience filled Sutcombe Village Hall to hear the wonderful professional sound of Show of Hands on Tuesday 18th of April. Songwriter Steve Knightley and multi-instrumentalist Phil Beer kept the audience well entertained with their unique style of acoustic folk music, even encouraging the crowd to join in and sing along. (Luckily it wasn't being recorded!).
With the help of Show of Hands fans, many of whom travelled considerable distances, and local people who came along for something a little bit different, £643.00 has been raised for Sutcombe Community School. The money will be used to provide the infant classroom with a computer.
