Waste recycling

No site bag been found for the second Waste Recycling Pavilion and the District Council will allocate it to another village.

Fouling by dogs

The situation has not improved during the past month despite appeals to dog owners to help eliminate this problem.

Tuckers Park

In response to a request the District Council will consider how best to prevent children running off the estate on to North Road.

Police liaison meeting

At this meeting it was suggested that CCTV cameras would be of benefit in the village.

Benefits entitlement

The Holsworthy Area campaign is now operating. In other areas it was found that many ere not claiming their full entitlement ? if in doubt it is worth checking. Full details are available from Holsworthy CAB Office in Manor Offices or by telephoning 259298.

Increased flooding at Little Ford

There is little the authorities can do. It was pointed out that the responsibility to clear obstructions rests with the river bank owners.
