You might have heard through the grapevine that Sharon gave birth to our first daughter, Emily, at 4:00am on New Year's Day. Emily, who arrived a week early, weighed 6lb10oz at birth and was the first baby of the new Millennium in North Devon. Although this timing was a possibility it still came as a surprise to us. Sharon and Emily became celebrities for the day - a little embarrassing but it added the “icing on the cake”.
We would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming kindness, support, gifts, cards and messages.
