The Torrington Office of the County Environment Directorate while making comment on the resurfacing recently carried out on the Bradworthy-Holsworthy road at Lufflands and Ugworthy Straight said “I feel I must point out that this work accounted for one third of this years general surfacing budget and on present rates of funding these lengths of road will next be re-surfaced in the year 2399!”
