The September meeting was presided over by Mrs. J. Wooldridge. The speaker was Mrs. D. Dauncey of Woolsery who gave a demonstration on pressed flower arrangements. The competition for a dried flower arrangement was won by Mrs. K. Stevens and Mrs. J. Wooldridge. Flower of the month was won by Mrs. W. Taylor. Teas were served by Mrs. L. Dawe and Mrs. B. Mclaren.
The Harvest Festival Service was held in the Church. The service was taken by the Rector, Rev. H. J. Roche. The lessons were read by Mr. G. Martin. The special preacher was the Rev. R. Dorrington and organist Mrs. J. Rooke. The Church was decorated by members of the Church. A Harvest Supper followed in the Sunday School Room. The service for Sunday was again taken by the Rector who also preached. The lessons were again read by Mr. G. Martin.
