Meddon Village Hall

(a) All Hire Charges include Heating, Lighting and use, within the Hall, of cutlery and crockery where appropriate.

(b) All hirings are subject to the terms contained within the standard written Hire Agreement that must be signed prior to hire.

Meetings: To include Coffee Mornings, Afternoon Teas, Bingo Sessions, Whist Drives etc. £11.00

Educational Classes etc. (Approx. 2 hour Session). £9.00

W.l. Meetings/P.C.C. Meetings/ Parish Council etc. £9.00

Bazaars/Jumble Sales/Concerts/Suppers. (Includes use of hall for preparation by negotiation). £22.00

Private Functions (a) Evening only £24.00

(b) Afternoon and Evening £36.00

N.B. If hall required for preparation on day before. (Subject to availability) £5.00

Own Occasional Licence must be obtained. Charges for events not covered by the above are subject to negotiation.
