We aim to establish a rural Credit Union for Bradworthy.
A Credit Union is a member owned savings and loans scheme; members save regularly and use the accumulated funds to make low cost loans (12.68% APR) to members for "Provident and Productive Purposes". The profits from these loans are returned to the members as a dividend.
Bradworthy falls within the proposed area for the credit union, and we need expressions of support from the community.
