A united Church and Chapel service was held in the Chapel. The service was taken by the Rev. Pat Crow. The preacher was the Rev. H. J. Roche, the organist was Mrs. L. Dawe.
The football club held their annual mid-season Steak Night at the Bull Inn, Parkham. Members enjoyed a good meal and a quiz session afterwards.
The speaker at the February meeting was Mr. R. James of Dunsland (Chiropodist). He spoke on his work and also the history of Chiropody.
The competition for a hand made notelet was won by Mrs. M. Martin, Mrs. M. Carter and Mrs, R. Lewis. Flower of the month - Mrs. R. Taylor. Vote of thanks - Mrs. W. Taylor. Teas by Mrs. P. Furse and Mrs. R. Taylor. Two members of the school explained the reading of Story Sacks.
