Welcome to the Bradworthy News website. The Bradworthy News is a monthly magazine sort of serving the residents of Bradworthy and the rural communites of the upper Torridge and Tamar region of Devon (serving them right, I suppose).
We usually print about 300 copies a month, typically containing between 36 and 40 A5 pages and costing 50 pence. It has little basis in fact, other than those bits that are fact, and it does our bit for the declining tree population.
The Bradworthy News was first published in April 1981. I've been editing, producing, printing, collating, folding and distributing it (with assistance from my wife Mary and several others) since April 1990.
The deadline for each issue is 20th of the month. Feedback on the web site, and items of interest, or otherwise, (especially cover drawings) can be addressed to the editor, Phil Mayhall, at editor@bradworthy.co.uk
